Privacy policy

There are no accounts, no logins, no forms and no newsletter on this site. That leaves very little data to explain.

What we collect

Very little, by design. When you browse the harbor cruise comparisons here, nothing gets attached to an account, because accounts do not exist on this site. There is no sign-up step, no checkout and no reason for us to know who you are. The moment you decide to book a sunset sail out of Shem Creek or a dinner cruise, you leave for the operator or booking page, where their privacy terms take over completely.

Cookies

Only the small set needed to run these pages. Embedded maps stay dormant until you reach them.

Follow a link to a cruise listing and the booking side places its own affiliate cookie to credit this site with the referral. That cookie is theirs, governed by their policy, and this page has no hand in it.

What stays out

• Selling or sharing visitor information.
• Run retargeting pixels or third-party ad trackers.
• Ask for your email. There is no mailing list to join.
• Run a contact form. The contact page opens your own email client instead, so messages never pass through this site.

Hosting

A third-party host serves these pages and keeps standard server logs, IP addresses included, to guard against abuse. Nobody here reads those logs to identify individual readers.

Your choices

Turn on tracking protection, block scripts or disable JavaScript entirely and the site still does its job. Every cruise listing, from-price and booking link remains visible, so you can weigh a historic harbor tour against a private schooner charter without any script running. Analytics simply stop, and nothing complains.
